Accommodation
All the rooms are en-suite and come with either Super King or King Size Hypnos Cashmere beds made up with crisp white linens, a flat screen TV with Sky, easy access HDMI and Chromecast and there is free fast wifi everywhere in the house.
The bedrooms have kettles and Nespresso coffee machines with a range of Teapigs teas and Nespresso coffee capsules, fresh milk, and indulgent 100 Acres bath and body products, made in the English countryside using natural botanicals and essential oils.
The house has been completely restored and designed using the best of British craftsmanship, design and materials.
Bedroom 1
Relax in this bright, spacious room on the ground floor with your own private entrance from the garden path. Choice of super king or twin beds. A good option for anyone wanting to avoid stairs, without compromising on their room.

Bedroom 2 is a corner bedroom on the first floor with a high ceiling, beautiful cornicing and two huge wooden sash windows, spilling sunlight in to the room. The view from your bed is over the front lawn to the tennis court and stables.

Bedroom 8 is a spacious corner bedroom in the cottage wing with vaulted ceiling, cozy sitting area and freestanding bath.

Bedroom 9 is spacious, with a French day bed, which can be made up as another king bed or twin beds. The room can be divided with curtains, allowing children to get to sleep. The view is over the walled garden.
Bedoom 10
Bedroom 10 is on the top floor with exposed wood beams and a vaulted ceiling. Tucked away on the second floor it feels very private. Look out out over the walled garden from this spacious, cozy hideaway.

Sussex Suite
Enjoy this large private suite on two levels with your own sitting room and shower room on the ground floor and romantic bedroom with vaulted ceiling and freestanding bath upstairs. Two private entrances from the garden path and the walled garden.
